Please read these terms and conditions carefully and revisit this page regularly to keep up to date with changes that we may make.

Shopping with KUSHTY LOCKS

We reserve the right to refuse an order when we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, KUSHTY LOCKS or any of our partner services suspect fraud, if there has been a pricing or product description error, if you do not meet any other eligibility criteria set in our terms and conditions.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, your payment will be refunded and you will be notified by email or phone call if you provided a contact number.

Payment & Security

Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

Orders may be processed online via the Stripe facility using a credit or debit card supplied by VISA, MasterCard, Delta and American Express.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). They store your data only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

Discounts & Promotional Codes

Promotional codes and discounts unless otherwise stated only one code may be used per person per transaction, any orders stacking discounts maybe cancelled without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and promotional code for any reasons without notice.

Returns

Returns are accepted if receive by us in good re-sellable condition, unless the item was faulty. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, facemasks, headdresses, hats or hoods unless they are faulty. Refunds will be provided via the method with which payment was first made. You must notify Kushty Locks of returns via writing to kushtylocks@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please read the returns policy page for more instructions.
